These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of First10, operated by Versalab Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “First10”). By using our service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

First10 is a one-time purchase digital product. For $19 USD, you receive a personalized diagnosis report generated from your answers to six questions about your product. The report is delivered via email as a magic link. No subscription, no recurring billing.

Purchases and Payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. All payment information is handled by Lemon Squeezy; First10 does not store your credit card details. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at our discretion with notice for future purchases.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your diagnosis, contact us at support@first10.app and we will process your refund via Lemon Squeezy within 5 business days.

Use of the Diagnosis

The diagnosis report is for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the report content. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from actions taken based on the report — it is guidance, not professional advice.

Accuracy

The diagnosis is generated by an AI system based on patterns from founder launches. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, sales, or user growth. Results vary based on your product, market, and execution.

Prohibited Use

You may not use First10 to generate reports for products that violate applicable law or third-party rights. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the First10 service.

First10 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the diagnosis. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versalab Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of First10, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
